秋田県の佐竹知事は、12日の体調不良のため定例会見を中断し、検査入院しました。
その渾身の会見の中で、豪太の花嫁についても発表してくれたようです。
お身体どうかお大事に…。

くま豪太（オス・7歳）の花嫁候補として、
釧路市動物園のくまクルミ（メス・14歳）が決まっていましたが
その引越しの日が4月27日になったことが発表されました。
釧路市動物園を出発するのは26日で、トラックとフェリーを乗り継いで27日に青森港に到着し、陸路で男鹿水族館に向かいます。
一般公開は5月中旬になる見通しです。

到着後は寝る場所と展示場の移動など環境適応のための訓練や、体調に応じた投薬をする。

クルミは、妊娠の兆候が見られたため、２カ月近くにわたって音と光が遮断された部屋で絶食する生活をしていましたが、長距離の移動ができるまで体力が回復したため、男鹿水族館への嫁入りが正式に決まりました。到着したあとは、新たな環境に慣れるまで、２週間から３週間は様子をみる方針で、一般公開は、５月の中旬ごろになる見通しです。
